Our fees for a typical Edmonton area property start at $ 225.00. plus GST.
If you need a property evaluation for sale or listing purposes we can provide this service but we will still charge a fee. Should you decide to sell your home through Realty Central the cost of the appraisal will be deducted from selling commision at sale.
